CAN I REALLY DO THIS?
Yes! Nutrition Decoded is designed for busy, real-life schedules. You won’t be overhauling everything at once—you’ll be making small, strategic changes that add up over time. The tools and lessons are simple to follow, and you’ll have support every step of the way in the group and bundle tiers. If you can give yourself a few minutes a day to reflect, track, or plan, you can do this.
Yes. Many participants join with weight loss in mind, and the program is designed to support that goal through sustainable, science-backed habits. But it’s also effective if your focus is on improving energy, focus, or simply feeling more in control of your eating.
The next course starts Wednesday, September 3, 2025 and runs for 8 weeks. The final group coaching session of this course will be on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Weekly lessons will be released on Wednesdays during the Masterclass Live Sessions (1-2pm ET). Videos, PDFs, and the Workbook chapter will all be accessible by the end of the day each Wednesday.
Group Coaching Sessions will be LIVE on Sundays (4-5pm), starting on Sunday, September 8, 2025. This should give you time to review all materials, try the weekly 2-day challenge, and be ready with questions. Sundays will be a motivating moment to help you jump into your week, incorporate lessons, and be ready to hit the ground running on Monday! The group coaching recap and video will be sent Sunday evening for those who can't attend live, or who want to re-watch.
Lessons are comprised of video tutorials, worksheets, and easy-to-follow written instructions. You’ll also have access to weekly group accountability sessions, hosted live by Dr. Franssen.

No rigid diets, no quick fixes, and no chasing trends. You’ll learn how to think about food in a way that puts you in control for the long haul.

You’ll have lifetime access to your digital workbook and course materials, including updates for future versions. You’ll also get access to any session replays for the duration of the program.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS TAKE EACH WEEK?
Expect to spend about 2–3 hours per week. That includes the live masterclass (or recording), optional group coaching, and time to work through the workbook activities. The lessons are designed to fit into a busy schedule — short, practical, and immediately actionable.
