The tools and lessons are simple to follow. If you can give yourself a few minutes a day to reflect, track, or plan, you can do this.
Yes. Many participants join with weight loss in mind, and the program is designed to support that goal through sustainable, science-backed habits. But it’s also effective if your focus is on improving energy, focus, or simply feeling more in control of your eating.
WHEN DOES THE COURSE START AND FINISH? DO I NEED TO BE AVAILABLE AT A CERTAIN TIME?

HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS COURSE TAKE?
You can choose! The lessons are designed to fit into a busy schedule — short, practical, and immediately actionable.
Masterclass video content is split up into short, to-the-point lessons of 3–5 minutes, so you can watch the ones that matter most to you as they suit your schedule. Workbook assignments will be labeled with their time investment, with many only requiring 2 minutes.
Ready for more? Each lesson also includes bonus videos and more extensive workbook materials for you to use when your schedule permits.
Since you have LIFETIME ACCESS, you can speed through all the lessons quickly and then go back and retake the course at a slower pace. Or you can pick and choose which lessons you want to spend more time on.
